As the creator of the artwork, Armstrong Art and Design retains all rights to all artwork created, including those that are sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created in my studio.

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from Armstrong Art and Design. If the artwork is shared on any media platform, all I require is credit for creating the artwork.

When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business space for anyone to see. Display is the only right that is passed to the collector upon purchase. The artwork may not be resold, or reproduced in any way for profit without the written consent of Armstrong Art and Design.
