HOW CAN I CAN BE THE FIRST TO KNOW WHEN NEW PAINTINGS ARE AVAILABLE?

The best way to find out when new paintings are becoming available is to follow me on Instagram (@ArmstrongArtAndDesign). You can also join The Collector’s List to receive email updates about what is happening in the studio, and be the first to learn of release dates.

HOW CAN I VIEW PAINTINGS THAT WILL BE FOR SALE ONLINE PRIOR TO THEIR RELEASE?

All of my paintings will be posted on Instagram (@ArmstrongArtAndDesign), and the website prior to the release. Please note that though they will be posted on Instagram and the website, they will not be for sale until the posted release date. You can also join The Collector’s List to receive emails of the newest paintings that will become available.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All paintings and products are final sale. If you have any questions or concerns about your painting, please email armstrongartstudios@gmail.com as we want to ensure your satisfaction with your artwork. Should you receive your artwork damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. We will do our best to accommodate the situation and ensure your satisafaction. Each piece of artwork is inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment, we do our best to ensure you receive your artwork in perfect condition.

WHAT MEDIUM DO YOU USE?

The medium I use varies depending on the design of the piece. The majority of my work is done in oil, but I have introduced watercolor as a new medium for my work in 2021!

DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONS?

Only a limited number of commissions are offered due to time constraints. Please contact us for more information and any commission inquiries.

HOW WILL MY ARTWORK BE SHIPPED?

All purchased artwork will be wrapped in bubble wrap or paper, padded very well, and shipped in a well-fitting, sturdy cardboard box.

Most artwork will be shipped via FedEx, or USPS. For domestic shipping, packages should arrive within 3-5 business days from the time of shipping; this includes tracking information and insurance.

Shipping costs cover insurance, packing supplies, time, labor, and shipping fees.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A PAINTING?

All paintings that are currently available will be listed on my website under the Collect tab. Once you find the piece you are interested in, click on the product and from there you will be able to add it to your cart. Once you have added the painting to your cart, follow the prompts to checkout and purchase your painting! All paintings that have already sold will be marked as sold on the shop page directly underneath that specific painting. There are no additional paintings for sale in the studio at this time.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE YOUR PAINTINGS?

My paintings are released in 2 ways: as a sketch series, or as a full collection. My series include anywhere from 12-20 pieces, and are released about every 5 weeks. My full collections consist of 8 paintings and are released 2-3 times a year. If you want to be the first to know when a release is coming up, join The Collector’s List!

WILL YOU RECREATE A PAINTING THAT HAS ALREADY SOLD?

No. I have learned the hard way that duplicating any painting, even my own, never really works out. The last thing I want is to disappoint any of my clients, and doing something I have already done is not much fun for me as an artist.
